1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of the aldenrecruitment.ro website (“the website”) operated by Alden Recruitment Ro S.R.L. They are not the same as:

• the mediation contract you sign with us as a worker under Romanian Law 156/2000
• the Dutch employment contract you sign with the employer in the Netherlands
• the commercial contract we sign with client companies

By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Who we are

The website is operated by Alden Recruitment Ro S.R.L., a Romanian employment placement agency. For full company identification, see the Legal information page.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website to:

• learn about us and our services
• browse published job openings
• apply for a role or contact us
• request recruitment services for your company

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the website to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• attempt to access restricted areas or other users’ accounts
• use bots, scrapers or automation without our written consent
• distribute viruses, malicious code or unlawful content
• any use that breaches Romanian or European law

5. Job listings and applications

• Information about open positions is indicative and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.
• Submitting an application does not constitute a job offer and does not create an employment contract between you and Alden Recruitment Ro.
• The final employer is the company in the Netherlands. The Dutch employment contract and final terms are those confirmed in writing by that employer.
• Wages, hours and other details shown on the website are indicative — the exact figures and conditions are those in the Dutch contract you sign.

6. No fees for candidates

We charge workers no registration fee, no dossier fee, no commission and no wage deduction. Our services to candidates are free of charge. If anyone asks you for money claiming to work with us, contact us immediately.

7. The mediation contract

If we agree to be involved in your placement, we sign a written mediation contract together, in line with Romanian Law 156/2000. That contract prevails over any information on the website.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, design, code) is owned by Alden Recruitment Ro or used under licence. You may not copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit this content without our prior written consent. You may share links to our pages for personal or professional purposes.

9. Links to other sites

The website may contain links to third-party services (Google Maps, social networks, partner sites). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

• We make reasonable efforts to keep the website functional and information up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.
• To the extent permitted by law, Alden Recruitment Ro is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.
• Nothing in these terms limits our legal liability that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Data protection

Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. We publish changes on this page with the last-updated date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute related to the use of the website will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania (TODO — confirm the specific court: Piatra-Neamț or other).
