Legal framework
Alden Recruitment Ro S.R.L. is an employment placement agency (CAEN 7810) that mediates the employment of Romanian tradespeople with employers in the Netherlands. The placement of workers abroad is regulated in Romania under Legea 156/2000 and the HG 1256/2011 authorisation framework.
NEN 4400-1 certification belongs to our sister company Alden Staffing B.V. in the Netherlands, not to Alden Recruitment Ro S.R.L.
What we don't charge you
We charge candidates no registration fee, no dossier fee, no commission, and no deduction from wages. Our fees are paid entirely by the employer in the Netherlands.
