// FOR WORKERS

WORK IN THE
NETHERLANDS.

We recruit Romanian tradespeople for Dutch employers. Dutch contract, euro wages, accommodation and transport arranged. No fees for you, ever.

Romanian tradesperson on site in the Netherlands

// IMPORTANT

You pay nothing. Ever.

We don't charge you to register, to prepare your file, to send you to work, or as a deduction from your wages. We're paid by the Dutch employer. If another agency asks you for money, ask yourself why.

// HOW IT WORKS

From the first phone call to the day you start work.

  1. 01

    We talk

    A short phone call: what trade, what experience, what you're looking for. We tell you honestly what fits.

  2. 02

    We verify your trade

    A technical interview on your trade, with trade-specific questions on a 0–4 scale. We don't ask you to prove what you've never done.

  3. 03

    Mediation contract

    We sign a written mediation contract together, as required by Romanian law 156/2000. It's in Romanian; we explain every line.

  4. 04

    Dutch contract

    The Dutch employer prepares your Dutch employment contract. You have time to read it before you sign.

  5. 05

    Departure

    Accommodation and transport are arranged before you leave home. On arrival, the Dutch side takes over onboarding.

// WHAT TO EXPECT

What it actually means to go with us.

Dutch contract

You sign with the Dutch company, under Dutch law. Wages, hours, rights — all written in the contract.

Euro wages

Paid per the Dutch contract, directly into your account. Exact amounts depend on the role you apply for.

Accommodation ready

Housing arranged close to the site before you leave Romania.

Transport organised

The trip to the Netherlands is organised. We tell you the time, the place, what to bring.

// STRAIGHT UP

We don't sell stories.

Working abroad is a big decision. We tell you honestly how many hours you'll work, what you'll earn, what the housing looks like. We'd rather lose an application than have you wasted a trip.

  • Your employer is the Dutch company, not Alden Recruitment Ro.

  • The contract is Dutch, under Dutch law.

  • Hours, pay and days off are what the contract says.

  • You have someone to call if a problem comes up before you leave.

A short call is enough to find out if it fits.
