We're part of the Alden Group, a Dutch group of companies. Our largest client is Alden Staffing B.V., a staffing agency in Gorinchem — but we also recruit for other Dutch agencies and end-employers.
Our recruiters own the process from the first phone call until the day you start work. Employment, accommodation and onboarding are handled by the Dutch side — we prepare you and hand you over with everything in place.

We use a five-step verification method, with a 0–4 scale and trade-specific questions. We do not forward CVs unchecked.

(Dutch staffing, NEN 4400-1 certified), Enoryze (product engineering), AgencyApp (the group's staffing platform) and Alden Factoring. NEN 4400-1 certification belongs to Alden Staffing B.V. — we are the Romanian recruitment side.
