The Romanian recruitment arm of the Alden Group.
We are Alden Recruitment Ro S.R.L., based in Piatra-Neamț. We work exclusively for Dutch employers — Alden Staffing B.V. is our largest client, but we also recruit for other Dutch agencies and end-employers.
Every worker we place goes on a Dutch employment contract, under Dutch employment law and Dutch terms. We handle everything from first candidate contact to the point of onboarding; the Dutch side takes over from there.

We do not forward CVs unchecked. Recruiters run a structured verification for every candidate, using question banks tailored to ten technical trades. What you receive from us is what the candidate can actually do — rated on a scale you can compare across candidates.

We operate under the Romanian framework for placement abroad (Legea 156/2000 and HG 1256/2011). Every candidate signs a written mediation contract. Invoicing runs under reverse-charge / Article 44 EU VAT.
